A Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt would have the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodology and know how to implement, perform, interpret and apply this knowledge in an improvement project lead by a Certified Green Belt or Certified Black Belt as a team member. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt possesses a thorough understanding of the subject matter contained within the phases of Define, Measure, and Control (DMC)

Programme Objectives:

Upon completion of this training, participants would have a good understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and learnt the basic concepts and tools needed to effectively support Lean Six Sigma projects.
