Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Green professional has an advanced understanding and knowledge about Lean Six Sigma Methodology. They may lead improvement projects and / or serve as a team member as a part of more complex improvement projects lead by a Certified Black Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt has a thorough understanding about the various deliverables in the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC). A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at a high level of proficiency.
Programme Objectives:
The aim of this programme is to impart participants with skills in analysing and improving processes using the Lean Six Sigma approach. Upon completion of this training, participants would have mastered the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and learnt the in-depth concepts and tools needed to accomplish Green Belt level projects.
