Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

A Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt would have the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodology and know how to implement, perform, interpret and apply this knowledge in an improvement project lead by a Certified Green Belt or Certified Black Belt as a team member. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt possesses a thorough understanding of the subject matter contained within the phases of Define, Measure, and Control (DMC)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

A Certified Lean Six Sigma Green professional has an advanced understanding and knowledge about Lean Six Sigma Methodology. They may lead improvement projects and / or serve as a team member as a part of more complex improvement projects lead by a Certified Black Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt has a thorough understanding about the various deliverables in the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC). A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at a high level of proficiency.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional has deeper understanding and knowledge about Lean Six Sigma Methodology. They may lead improvement projects. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt has a thorough understanding about the all the deliverables in the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC). A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at an advanced level of proficiency.

7QC Tools

The need to meet and exceed customer expectations in a cost competitive environment makes the correct usage of the 7 QC (Quality Control) Tools imperative today for a unified and systematic approach to team problem solving. The tools help to develop and sustain a strong customer focus and improve all processes by identifying defects, determining causes, suggesting improvements, and establishing tractability of each process. The 7 QC tools are fundamental for Continuous Improvement. This course will teach how to apply 7 QC Tools as a corrective and preventive measure to avoid defects and improve product / service quality.

Data Analysis using Minitab

Data analysis training using Minitab focuses on obtaining a meaning for the vast amount of data generated by the process. Unless the data process data is analysed correctly and efficiently, we would not be able to understand how the process behaves and whether the process is meeting the customer requirement or not? The data analysis helps to identify the process improvement areas to be focused by the managers. Minitab software helps the managers to obtain the data analysis results faster and with ease.
